ArchonLayer helps B2B companies review AI-enabled vendors before approval or renewal. To provide this service, we may process business contact details, organization information, vendor names, and supplier review context provided by you.
We may also process vendor documents you upload or share with us, including contracts, order forms, DPAs, AI terms, privacy policies, subprocessor pages, security evidence, questionnaires, renewal documents, and related notes.
The service is designed to support vendor-risk and renewal review. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use customer documents to train public AI models.
We use the data you provide to identify AI data-use risks, renewal dates, notice deadlines, missing evidence, unclear contract terms, security documentation gaps, and approval-readiness issues.
We may use the information to generate structured vendor review packets, missing-document checklists, vendor follow-up questions, and internal review summaries for security, legal, finance, privacy, procurement, and business-owner review.
We may use aggregated or anonymized learnings to improve our review methodology, templates, and product quality. These learnings are not intended to identify your organization or reveal confidential vendor information.
We aim to apply practical security controls appropriate for sensitive B2B supplier documentation, including restricted access, least-privilege permissions, secure storage, encrypted transport where applicable, and controlled handling of uploaded documents.
Access to vendor documents and review outputs is limited to authorized personnel or systems needed to provide the service. We avoid logging full document content in application logs and aim to minimize unnecessary retention.
Because ArchonLayer is currently evolving, some operational controls may change over time. We will continue improving security, access control, retention, and auditability as the product and customer requirements mature.
ArchonLayer may use AI or document-processing tools to extract structured information from vendor documents, summarize risks, and prepare review packets. Human review remains important before any approval or renewal decision.
Where third-party AI or infrastructure providers are used, we aim to select business-grade providers and configure processing in a way that protects customer information and avoids training public models on customer documents.
ArchonLayer does not provide legal advice. The output is intended to support qualified internal review by legal, security, privacy, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information and customer-provided materials where applicable. We support GDPR-aligned rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection where legally applicable.
You may ask us to delete uploaded vendor documents or review materials, subject to legal, security, contractual, or operational retention requirements.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share supplier documents and related information with ArchonLayer for review.
For privacy, security, or data-handling questions, contact ArchonLayer through the contact page or the contact details provided on our LinkedIn/company materials.
If you are evaluating ArchonLayer for a vendor-risk or renewal review, we can also discuss data handling, document scope, retention expectations, and review boundaries before you share sensitive supplier documents.
